If you are a person of faith, you're probably familiar with The Beatitudes. Jesus discussed them in his Sermon on The Mount. As I read them a few weeks ago, one in particular struck a nerve.

My heart went out to hurting women. Women who are overwhelmed at work and feel they don't have options.

And I became determined to help them.

I am developing a new program for women in toxic work environments.
